Hello,

does the projected electricity reading on the app include the discount that I am under on my account? Also is my account under an estimated electricity reading or is my meter read?

also is there has attached to my account?

In regard to your question.

On your actual  Bill you will see your meter read type listed under:

Your electricity supply details.

Meter       No	Read     Type	Start Reference	End Reference	kWh
X1234567	Actual	9,350	10,542	1,191.204

Sorry should have mentioned that if you have a SMART METER it is an actual reading.
