Received email advising of change to monthly billing. Email advised it is simple to change back to quarterly if preferred by logging into AGL account. Have tried twice over a 4-day period but can find no option to change billing cycle and online help had delay of two hours for assistance which was time I didn’t have. Anyone been successful in changing back from monthly to quarterly? Thanks
