Receiving incorrect moving house notifications

I’ve once again received emails confirming that I’ve booked to move house and my energy will be disconnected - tomorrow! I am not moving, I did not make such a booking and I am very distressed! I’ll have to try and sort this out while I’m at work. 
Is this a frequent occurrence?
