Change of account holder

Hello

I would like to change my AGL account to be in my name, reason being my husband, who is the current account holder has passed away.  

Please advise of next steps.

Thank you for reaching out. 

To change the account into your name, you can do this online by signing up to a new plan or alternatively, you can contact us via one of the contact methods listed on our website and one of our customer service specialists will be able to assist you. 

If someone will be taking over the account, they will need to sign up to a new plan with their details and this will automatically close the existing account.
