Like Greta I have not received an email with my October bill as yet which should have been sent Monday and I tried logging into My Account to download it from the historical history but there is no option for me to do this for the current bill. It only gives me the option to look at the usage data.
Only the paid invoices gives the option to download the PDF Bill.
Is your billing system running a few days behind this month?
Do I just have to wait in hope that I will receive my email with link to download PDF Bill in the next few days?
