Cannot get Invoice in PDF on my accout

Please provide a solution to enable viewing of on line accounts on my account

Hi @gretaportlock . PDFs are already available for download from your My Account page. Just go to the Billing tab, scroll down to Bill History, and click the arrow next to the bill you want to view. You'll see an option to download the PDF.

Hi Mark

Like Greta I have not received an email with my October bill as yet which should have been sent Monday and I tried logging into My Account to download it from the historical history but there is no option for me to do this for the current bill. It only gives me the option to look at the usage data.

Only the paid invoices gives the option to download the PDF Bill.

Is your billing system running a few days behind this month?

Do I just have to wait in hope that I will receive my email with link to download PDF Bill in the next few days?

what if Bill History option is not displayed?

The Past bills are there normally for the past 2 years, on the website and on the phone app.

Phone app. Billing, then scroll down to My past bills.

Website a/c. Billing, comes up automatically on Bill history.

If that doesn't show up, you will probably have to contact AGL help centre and log the issue.
