Can't change my account to value saver

I have both gas and electricity accounts. I want to change both to the value saver plan as advertised. My address is approved for the plan. When I enter the property details all is fine but it then I am asked to choose the energy plan. Only electricity showing. I have tried various different entry points but end up at the same place in the change form with no option for my Gas. Please can you look into this and fix. I can't bare the thought of having to use your online chat or help line as they are just so frustrating.

Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry you have had trouble getting your plans changed.

I would recommend getting in touch so that one of our agents can change this for you, 24/7.

Alternatively, you can log into the AGL MyAccount at, or use the AGL app, available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, to change this yourself.
