I have both gas and electricity accounts. I want to change both to the value saver plan as advertised. My address is approved for the plan. When I enter the property details all is fine but it then I am asked to choose the energy plan. Only electricity showing. I have tried various different entry points but end up at the same place in the change form with no option for my Gas. Please can you look into this and fix.
