Could you please tell me why our recent bill is monthly, it has always been quarterly?

If monthly billing is not for you and you’d prefer to remain on quarterly billing, you can cancel it by following these steps in My Account:

You should be able to turn stop this yourself if you do prefer to remain on quarterly billing, you can cancel it by following these steps in My Account:
