I have been using the app for a very long time.

i have always been able to check my electricity usage and cost daily. I have also been able to send a meter read for gas.

the app was I believe updated about 3 weeks ago, since then I have not been able to get my electricity details at. I phoned AGL and discussed my problem and was told to delete the app then download again and wait 24 hours. I have done this 3 times now and I still can’t get my electricity details. I would appreciate  this problem being rectified.
