5 months trying to change plans since the 37% increase in July 2023

I have been trying to change my plan since July 23 and it seems AGL is unable to do even a simple plan change. The online system doesn't work and the customer support keeps directing me to apply online via a link which also doesn't work .

Lodged a complaint in August 23 and still not fixed 4 months later . 

Can anyone recommend a good energy provider ?

I am trying to change plans as well and the page isn't loading any comparison. Please fix the website.
