I'm not sure if you are reading the posts properly. This is to change an existing plan so AGL is already supplying the energy .

My Service provider, AGL is the issue. Been trying to get the plan changed for 5 months

I have been trying to change my plan since July 23 and it seems AGL is unable to do even a simple plan change. The online system doesn't work and the customer support keeps directing me to apply online via a link which also doesn't work .Lodged a complaint in August 23 and still not fixed 4 months later . Can anyone recommend a good energy provider ?AGL is totally useless !!

You are absolute liars !! I have been trying to change my plan for 5 months now and have the same issue. Your Customer service are also useless and haven't been able to change it for me via chat either.
