Hi AGL, is there anyway you can update your website so that you can move out of a property that you have sold and not have to put in a new connection address.  I have been leaving this feedback every time i'm asked and you still can't do it.

To wait on the phone or on the online chat is ridiculous at the moment.

Hi @NYNYNY , if you're asking whether you can request a disconnection without needing to speak to an agent, I have great news - you now can.

 

Just log in to your My Account page or the AGL app and send us a message about the disconnection. Our virtual assistant can walk you through the steps and you can arrange your disconnection automatically without needing to wait in a queue.

Hi, I know you can disconnect through My Account but to complete transaction you need to reconnect a new property.  Can you update your site so you can disconnect online ONLY and not have to connect a new property.

Just confirming - through the virtual assistant you can perform a disconnection and not have to connect a new property.

I have waited hours for visual assistant to answer.  I'll use another service provider. All good.

The virtual assistant should respond immediately - it's automatic. If you've encountered a technical issue with it, I'd be happy to flag this with our developers - just send me a private message (click my name here) and include your account number and ideally a screenshot of what you're seeing.

I'm trying to send you a private message but when I click on your name it just takes me to another screen with no where to message you.

Hi @NYNYNY - no big yellow button that says "send private message" after you click my name and go to the next screen?
