Why I cannot see daily usage?

I want to see daily usage in my agl account. When I was in Melbourne, I was able to see daily usage in my app. But now I cannot see. What is the reason?

Just wondering — is the meter at your new property a smart meter? The reason I ask is because live usage data is only available if your meter is smart and is set up to send usage information in intervals.
