$89.04 of the billing period 11 June - 10 July 2025 has also been included in the bill for the period 11 to 14 July 2025.

As per the two bills sent to me, you are going to direct debit ($89.04 + $110.09) on 15August2025. 

But  $89.04 is included in the billed amount for the period 11 to 14 July 2025..where the billed amount should have been $21.05.

Please correct the billed amount.

On 30 July 2025, I received the following two bills in email, each of which
will be direct debited from my bank account on 15 August 2025.

1. Bill period 11 Jun 2025 to 10 Jul 2025 (30 days) - Direct Debit
amount *$89.04 ; *Direct Debit date *15 Aug 2025*

2. Bill period 11 Jul 2025 to 14 Jul 2025 (4 days) Direct Debit
amount *$110.09*; Direct Debit date *15 Aug 2025*



In the 2nd bill, Balance brought forward from the Bill #1 is $89.04, which
is included in the 1st bill.

On 15 Aug 2025, if you direct debit both *$89.04* and *$110.09*,, then *$89.04
*will be direct debited twice.

Therefore, please stop direct debit of *$89.04 *of the first bill.
