I cannot download a pdf of my bill, past or present. I keep getting a "This site can't be reached" message. Further text states that "docs.fxdms.net unexpectedly closed the connection"
Sure, anything to do with giving money to AGL works really well, but everything else - broken links, slow responses, etc.
The 'Chat with Us' option is ALWAYS 'Currently Offline' so you have no choice but to call them. And then wait on hold for anywhere up to 30 minutes, often only to be told that they can't help you, or that you've been connected to the wrong area and so the waiting begins again...
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, fix your damned website!!

I have the same problem with my latest bill. It will neither download from the email, or when logged in to our account. In the end, I got it from my AGL app, and emailed it to myself. Looking at the fact that several people are having this problem, AGL's techs need to look at it and get on top of the fault.

Thanks for letting us know, and I’m sorry for the trouble accessing your latest bill. We appreciate you taking the extra step to retrieve it through the AGL app.
I am curious to look into your situation a bit more, as I've tried it myself via email and also through My Account, and I didn't seem to have any issues with downloading my previous bill.
Could you send me a direct message please with some screenshots or screen recording of what happens when you go through the following steps;
