Thanks for reaching out. Sometimes when your bills get adjusted due to estimated reads or some other reasons. it just simply reissue the the adjusted bill and that particular bill is typically not send out again but it shows on your next bill with all the adjustments, in that case you have to contact us to request those bills to keep in your records.
