I have the same problem with my latest bill. It will neither download from the email, or when logged in to our account. In the end, I got it from my AGL app, and emailed it to myself. Looking at the fact that several people are having this problem, AGL's techs need to look at it and get on top of the fault. Kind regardsPeter & Sue
