I think someone bought this up a couple of weeks ago, but I cannot change my gas plan via my online agl account. I can only go so far. I put in formation and then I come to a standstill. There is no "next" button. I have tried different browsers but nothing works. So frustrating as I know I was able to do this previously. Any suggestions please? It takes an age to get hold of a real person and so much easier if I could do it online. Come on agl, fix your problem
