Web site will NOT comply with credit card change

I require to \add a new CC to my account for payments.

I added the new card successfully. Several times! But every time the "new" card was displayed as the OLD card number(which has been cancelled).

I deleted the old card.

I tried several times to add & saved the new card, bhut every time it was displayed as the old card.

I refreshed my browser. No change in this problem.

I logged out and in again.

Still after adding the new card, it displays the old card number.

You will not receive any payments until you fix this problem

So has only one received a solution to this problem yet?  Please share the fix!  As the way of the world these days, it would be good if actually you could speak to someone at AGL to resolve instead of talking to stoopid chat bots.  Useless customer service
