Web site will NOT comply with credit card change

I require to \add a new CC to my account for payments.

I added the new card successfully. Several times! But every time the "new" card was displayed as the OLD card number(which has been cancelled).

I deleted the old card.

I tried several times to add & saved the new card, bhut every time it was displayed as the old card.

I refreshed my browser. No change in this problem.

I logged out and in again.

Still after adding the new card, it displays the old card number.

You will not receive any payments until you fix this problem
