I keep receiving this error in downloading my billing.
I have tried both Microsoft edge and google chrome but still no go

If you have an online account, you shouldn’t be receiving this error. Just to clarify—are you trying to download the document from your email, or directly from your online account?
If you’re using the AGL app, please also try downloading it from there. If the issue still persists after that, please let us know. We’ll be happy to investigate further and resolve it for you.

Approx 2 to 3 weeks ago i spoke to your faults area to report that i can not download my Electricity or Gas accounts, it always comes back with a timing error.
The man i spoke to said this would be sent to another area for rectification which would take approx 5 days ? i dId write this date down but not can't find that now.. I use Google Chrome windows 10. Over the last few years i have never had a problem printing my accouint. Today 12/5/25 @15.00 i still have this Error..
