Hi Basil, i have turned off VPN and i am now able to print off my Agl gas,and Electricity bill.Thank you, to all concerned for helping me with this its nice to be able to print my bills now. I had tried so may times to fix this bug, i had no idea VPN was the issue.Thanks, Regards Robert...

Hi Syed, this problem has been happening for months now, i tried again this morning. I have worked on line with 2 AGL assistants now with no results, i also can't view my download Gas,Electricity bill viewing from my Samsung s20+ mobile phone [Removed personal details]

Well, after contacting AGL to have this same problem rectified,i still have this problem months later.I still can't down load my gas or electricity bills..Good Luck...
