Unable to download my billing

I keep receiving this error in downloading my billing.

 

I have tried both Microsoft edge and google chrome but still no go

If you have an online account, you shouldn’t be receiving this error. Just to clarify—are you trying to download the document from your email, or directly from your online account?

If you’re using the AGL app, please also try downloading it from there. If the issue still persists after that, please let us know. We’ll be happy to investigate further and resolve it for you.

Hello AGL,

Approx 2 to 3 weeks ago i spoke to your faults area to report that i can not download my Electricity or Gas accounts, it always comes back with a timing error.

The man i spoke to said this would be sent to another area for rectification which would take approx 5 days ?  i dId write this date down but not can't find that now.. I use Google Chrome windows 10. Over the last few years i have never had a problem printing my accouint. Today 12/5/25 @15.00 i still have this Error..

Hi, i have just tried to down load my gas/elect PDF's and still the same issue, "responce time to long" i also cleared my Cashe,and relogged in twice ? Thanks Robert Sully Sent from my Samsung  S20+

Hello Syed, i have tried to down load my Electricity and Gas billing this morning and i'm still unable to down load either. I have no problems printing any other accounts.

It looks like the best way to resolve this is to give us a call on 13 12 45. One of our dedicated team members will be able to assist you and re-register your account so you can get your bills and download them smoothly as before
