ive been trying to connect with someone for 5 hours to organise cancellation of my gas connection.
The message function in the app doesnt deliver messages (exclamation mark shows up when i 'click to start chatting'. The message function on the desktop site goes through all the virtual questions, and now I have been waiting for 3 hours and still no response.
AGL is the most bug-filled platform I have come across. Someone please just disconnect my service.

Sorry to hear that you have been facing difficulties processing a disconnection via the app, it sounds like this has been frustrating.
Unfortunately, as we are required to read through mandatory scripting to submit your disconnection, we are unable to process it via this platform.
If you still need help with your disconnection, please get in touch with us and request to speak with a representative from our Resolutions team.
