ive been trying to connect with someone for 5 hours to organise cancellation of my gas connection.The message function in the app doesnt deliver messages (exclamation mark shows up when i 'click to start chatting'. The message function on the desktop site goes through all the virtual questions, and now I have been waiting for 3 hours and still no response. AGL is the most bug-filled platform I have come across. Someone please just disconnect my service.
