Just received my incoming bill. but, I got shocked regarding the amount to be pay and it seems to be a mistake for reading the Hot Water Meter or I can say it is an error/ or faulty meter. Please, I need your attention to check the Gas and Hot Water Meter. and please help me on how to read the Hot Water Meter.

It sounds like you may have an issue with an estimated read on your bill - have you tried submitting a meter reading yourself through the AGL app or the MyAccount?
The steps are fairly simple, all you need to do is go out to the meter, take a photo and submit the numbers into the app or MyAccount.
If the numbers are quite different the app or MyAccount will prompt you to provide the photo you had taken earlier for verification.
