I am currently unable to access/download older bill's from my account prior to "Gas Bill period 18 May 2023 to 17 Aug 2023 - 92 days". All transaction/payments for these missing bills are currently able to be downloaded back to Aug 2022 but no ability to download the pdf bill's.

I would like to access/download all & any bill's I have paid to AGL since joining you.....

Appreciate an help from the Community and AGL?

Hey @BigbirdNSW

Do you by any chance use a VPN/proxy services turned on when you access the AGL App and website?

Thanks, Basil

My quarterly Electricity bill was due to be able to be downloaded around the 27th August 2025, I am still not able to do so on the App or online on my PC on the AGL Website! When I look at my electricity it’s continuing to grow in $$, what is going on AGL, If you think I am going to pay some massive bill because of a problem at your end you are mistaken! Please fix this ASAP.

Hi @BigbirdNSW @Username2283 @Stevo57,

Thank you for reaching out regarding this matter, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We’re aware of the delay and have identified that it was due to some unexpected system issues. The good news is that our team is actively working to resolve this, and we expect your bill to be sent out very soon.

To ensure accuracy, we’ve been holding back some billing communications until all the details are fully verified. That backlog is now being cleared, and your invoice should be on its way shortly or if you have online account where you see your bill should get fixed soon.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get this resolved. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions in the meantime.
