We’re excited to share that you can now request eligible refunds online through My Account and the AGL app. This new feature makes refunds faster, simpler, and more convenient – without the need to call us.

 

How Does It Work?

  • Request a Refund Online: If your account is in credit from overpayments, you may now be able to request a refund back to the original payment source.

  • Track Your Refund: You’ll be able to see the progress of your refund once it’s requested.
  • Multiple Refunds: If eligible, you can request more than one refund during the same visit.

Not seeing this option? It may mean your account isn’t currently eligible. Refunds are available when your account is in credit (not from Solar feed-in), with no active payment plans, and your overpayments were made by card or bank account.
