Not seeing Rewards tab on my account

I don’t see Rewards tab on my account and my access was denied to see the trouble shooting.

Can anyone help me?

You should have access to the AGL Rewards page on your My Account if you have an active account with us. If you do, please get in touch with us on your My Account here so we can check that with you.

Unfortunately I still don't see the 'Rewards' tab in my account page.

Have you tried a few basic troubleshooting options like clearing your cache & trying another browser/device?
