Not receiving my AGL prepaid $40 mastercard

I signed up to AGL with an offer that promised me a $40 prepaid mastercard if I remained for 30 days. I did that and received a redemption email, but I have still not been sent the mastercard to my number after redeeming. It has already been well over 5 business days since i redeemed. I redeemed on the 6th of August so its been over 2 weeks now that I haven't gotten the voucher that I was promised.

I also had this offer but it was for $100 card. I have contacted AGL several times but they still haven’t sent it. Did you receive your card yet?
