20 year customer

I have been with AGL for 20 plus years and never used another supplier. How come no one bothers to highlight the velocity rewards program to the account holder on line.  Recently when I was asking about something else I enquired about velocity and AGL and was told no longer available but further investigations seems it is… 

can someone please clarify?
