How long do you have to chase?It's been like this for 2weeks. It cant be that hard to fix a software issue, if at all it is the issue.Very poor work from AGL.

I agree with compensation for a product that doesn't work to purpose. Surely 2weeks to fix it and still not fixed is not acceptable in this age of technology.

So can anyone tell as to when the app/website will get fixed in showing daily usage and costs?????This is getting ridiculous.You can't be telling me everyday for the last 8days that we've raised a ticket and nobody has done a thing to fix.NOT GOOD ENOUGH AGL
