Unable to sumit a meter read online

I am unable to submit a meter read, because when I do so, the app. says read too high or too low.

Account number is: 7072 282 663

UR: 003229

 

Meter read on 4-2-24: 0744 5629. I have a PDF of the date-stamped photo of the meter read.

I have had this problem before and I thought someone I spoke to had corrected whatever the error was.

If you have a smart meter you cannot submit a manual read.
