Tansactions showing on billing history

It would be good to see all payments that I have made, other than my direct debits, appear on my billing history.

I had to ring recently to see if you had received payments that I had made as they were not showing in my billing history.

A Statement was then emailed to me to show the payments had been received which was good.

Even if I was sent a statement at the end of each cycle that would help with letting me know where my account is at

You can check any payments you have made in the past on the latest bill. Please let me know if this didn't appear on your bill like it should.

In the APP goto to billing select electricity if necessary.

Select past transactions and you will see what you are looking for.

Using the Web log In.

Select Billing

Select Transaction History

You will see what you are looking for.
