Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
I find this discussion group very confusing. I thought i was replying to Mark privately, however my reply ended up in the discussion.
However although i did get an answer from the AGL chat ? Which was useless as it did not give a fix date.
i believe AGL should stop relying on customers to investigate AGL’s problems and not rely on neighbourhood groups and on off shore chat and useless chat bots.
In summary AGL should take responsibility on fixing their issues not leaving it to their customers to find out what is going on. A simple email system with a case number to a support desk would be a good start.
