I find this discussion group very confusing. I thought i was replying to Mark privately, however my reply ended up in the discussion. However although i did get an answer from the AGL chat ? Which was useless as it did not give a fix date. i believe AGL should stop relying on customers to investigate AGL’s problems and not rely on neighbourhood groups and on off shore chat and useless chat bots.
