On your app, if you select billing, then PAST BILLS, you can view the PDF there.
You can download the PDF through the AGL My Account on the website rather than the app.
My AGL pdfs are no longer downloading on my phone or laptop so have resorted to having paper bills sent again. I think AGL have changed something in their software. I could get a helpful answer from them yesterday. They have agreed to send bills by paper mail. Talk about going backwards!
