Gas usage is no longer appearing on app since few months ago. Only electricity usage is available on app. I contacted AGL chat twice and was told the issue will be fixed. But after few months, my AGL app still does not show gas usage and cannot enter meter read. Website is fine but the app is better and handy. Please fix the app as soon as possible. Thank you.
I have the same issue. It is practically impossible to speak to someone - when I have gotten through I was told this would be fixed - not the case.
I am unable to see gas usage in the app or online.
I have manually entered a reading and not received any confirmation of this.

I have the same issue. I have been in touch with people three times. I am now allowed to ask for resolution and they say they have escalated and Morris was meant to ring me and he hasn’t. He said he would check in now and then.
So I have no way of letting you know what my meter reading is, when I did your estimate was twice what I would normally pay. I got that down to 3/4 and now I can’t send anything and no one seems to be able to help me. I’m getting really angry and I’m thinking of changing to Kleenheat. Please advise what you did to help the other person.
