I have the same issue. I have been in touch with people three times. I am now allowed to ask for resolution and they say they have escalated and Morris was meant to ring me and he hasn’t. He said he would check in now and then.So I have no way of letting you know what my meter reading is, when I did your estimate was twice what I would normally pay. I am having the same problem. Spoke to 3 people, the second two were lovely but I still don’t know what’s happening. Supposedly I’ve gone to resolution and they’re escalating it and someone’s going to ring me tomorrow Thursday 8 January.it’s driving me crazy cause my estimated bill is more than double what I got it down to and then it stopped working.
