When paying through the app my bank account was debited twice for each payment. A bug that needs to be fixed promptly.

This is happening to me, I PRE pay twice a month " BILL SMOOTHING " while AGL are stating 2 different amounts per fortnight totalling the Bill Smoothing which I pay once per Fortnight, when AGL SPLITS the total that I pay into TWO Equaling my Bill Smoothing Plan, though Staggered amounts MEANS that I am being CHARGED for AGL's CON. Because Thats the PROBLEM. STOP TAKING 2 differant amounts Equaling the total amount THAT I PAY ONLY TWICE MONTHLY . That's 4 TRANSACTIONS from AGL Account ........ I PAY TWICE MONTHLY.       AGL withdraws 4 times MONTHLY.

AGL ARE CONNING THE COSTOMERS........................RIPPING " ME " ,PENSIONERS OFF ALSO

1 TRANSACTION AGL, NOT 2 as you are stating.............. AND I HAVE THE PROOF DOCUMENTED

CENTRELINK pays my Electricity ONCE every fortnight via Centrepay, That's 2 payments per month, AGL receives that amount and splits the amount into 2 separate but equaling the deductions they Split 1 payment into 2 payments from my CENTRELINK CENTREPAY PAYMENT SYSTEM.....I have NOW STOPPED THAT, so I am now looking for a NEW ENERGY Supplier, No thank you AGL.

I CANNOT TRUST AGL ANYMORE so I am LOOKING Elsewhere
