My electricity was suddenly disconnected today by AGL. I asked why they said someone applied for disconnection of electricity from my house. I asked to be given this application but got none. Has anyone else experienced such things before. AGL agreed to reconnect my electricity when I explained that this application was fraudulent not certainly from me.
