Cant pay the internet bill via the app

Month number 8 - Another month has gone and the problem still exists, it's been a good 7 months now, maybe we should include Current Affairs ?!?

If you can't fix it at least give us the option to go and pay it at the post office, I'm tired of being on the phone typing my card number, listening to the machine, and making sure I don't pay you $70549 or god knows what

We are sorry to hear you are having issues making payment via the AGL app and we do want to get this resolved for your convenience.

 

We do have a number of alternative payment methods including payments at auspost, all of our payment details are available on your bill.

 

If you would like us to reset your online access, please give us a call on 13 12 45.

Hi Megan 

 

I went to the post office to pay the bill and they told me I couldn't pay it there. 

They said there's no bar code or something on the bill and i can't pay it there. 

I still don't get it how hard is to fix it after 8 months ?
