Hi Megan I went to the post office to pay the bill and they told me I couldn't pay it there. They said there's no bar code or something on the bill and i can't pay it there. I still don't get it how hard is to fix it after 8 months ?

Month number 9—Another month has gone by, and the problem still exists. It's been 8 months now.
