Hi @haskim1, Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention.
We are currently investigating a known issue with the app which it causing your bill projected to reflect zero, this may also prevent you from submitting a meter reads. A high priority request has been raised to resolve the issue and we are currently investigating the matter and hope to have this resolved soon.
