Thanks for responding!! Our meter was installed on Wednesday 15 July. The installer took me through the instructions to read the meter at the meter, and when I asked what I needed to do to see the usage on the app, he said that my account needed to have the NMI code of the meter assigned to it, but wasn’t sure where to do that. Can you explain what happens? Is there not some way that I can do this, or must it be done for me? Cheers and thanks!
