If you still have your confirmation pack - it will state in there whether or not there are exit fees in there.

I would suggest having a chat with Commonwealth Bank regarding BPAY View and seeing if they can cancel it - if not, message AGL through your MyAccount or give AGL a call through 131 245 and they will be able to help
