Getting my bills to my personal email and no the commbank account which is closed now

Hi I had my bills going straight to the commbank account only. I have been trying to get it sent to our personal email so that we know when to pay it and it's not late but there is no option to redirect it. What do you do when a bank account is closing and the bills are directed to that account?

I would suggest having a chat with Commonwealth Bank regarding BPAY View and seeing if they can cancel it - if not, message AGL through your MyAccount or give AGL a call through 131 245 and they will be able to help 🙂
