Hi thereI've phoned customer service twice regarding only receiving an adjustment for 1 of my 2 meters from my July 2016 bill which had estimated readings. The meter reading that hasn't been corrected was estimated to increase from 68848 to 75649 - between 5-8 times my usage on previous bills.
