MyAccount shows nothing

I have registered MyAccount since April, and moved my Gas and Electricity to AGL since May. I have been waiting for more than a month to see my usage or any other content in My Account website.I have received several emails which tell me that my account has been set up and they have sent through my account numbers. Unfortunately, nothing can be seen once I logged into My Account online. Tried to contact Live Chat in Messenger, I provided my name, email and account number the staff (called Mei) ...
